宜宾市筠连县营商环境标准化研究

【摘要】本文基于宜宾市筠连县营商环境标准化试点建设实践，分析优化营商环境标准化的需求，从市场主体保护、市场环境、政务服务、监管执法、法治保障这5个方面，探索县域营商环境高质量发展的具体实施路径，为营商环境优化提供了有益的参考和借鉴。

Abstract： Based on the practice of the pilot construction of the standardization of the business environment in Junlian County， Yibin City， this article analyzes the needs for optimizing the standardization of the business environment， and explores the specific implementation path for the high-quality development of the business environment in the county from five aspects： the protection of market entities， the market environment， government services， supervision and law enforcement， and the legal guarantee， providing a useful reference for the optimization of the business environment.
