[Abstract]Allpatients withlivercirrhosishaveacertaindegreeof intestinalflora disturbance，whichisasociatedwiththe developmentand progresionofrelatedcomplications.Reshapingthehomeostasisof intestinalflorathroughinterventions suchas probioticsandfecalmicrobiota transplantationcaneffectivelydelaythedevelopmentandprogresionoflivercirhosiscomplications. Thisarticlereviewstheassociationbetweenintestinalfloraandlivercirhosiscomplications，inordertoprovidenewideasforthe clinical treatment of liver cirrhosis.
