基于miR-146a-5p和miR-34a-5p的T2DM病人颈动脉粥样硬化预测模型构建

[Abstract]ObjectiveToinvestigate theassociationbetweentheexpressionlevels ofmiR-146a-5pand miR-34a-5pinserum andthedevelopmentofcarotid atherosclerosis(CAS)inpatients with type2diabetes melitus(T2DM),and toestablishapredictive model for CASin T2DMpatients.MethodsAtotalof 217 T2DM patients whoatended Anyang People's Hospital from January2022 toJanuary2024wereenroled.Relateddata werecolected,includingsex,age,body mass index,historyofhyper tension,smokinganddrinking,totalcholesterol,fastingbloodglucose,glycatedhemoglobin,homocysteine,triglyceride(TG), low-densitylipoprotein(LDL),high-densitylipoprotein,andC-reactiveprotein,andtheserum levelsof miR-146a-5pand miR34a-5p were measured.Theinfluencing factorsfor CAS in T2DM patients wereanalyzed,anda nomogram prediction model for CAS in TDMpatients was established basedoninfluencing factors.ResultsThere were significant diferences between the CAS group andthe non-CAS groupinage,historyof hypertension,fasting blood glucose,TG,LDL,miR-146a-5p,and miR- 34a 5p (t=1.977-6.630,χ2=4.825,P<0.05) . The multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age, fasting blood glucose, TG,LDL,miR-146a 5p ,and miR-34a-5p were independent influencing factors for the development of CAS in T2DM patients ( P<0.05 .The nomogram model had an area under the ROC curve of 0.849 95%CI=0.797-0.901) in predicting CAS in T2DM patients.The calibration curve andtheclinical decision curve showed thatthenomogram had good predictive performance. ConclusionThereare increases in the serum levelsof miR-146a-5pand miR-34a-5pin T2DMpatients withCAS,andthepredictive modelestablished basedontheserumlevelsof miR-146a-5pandmiR-34a-5phasgood predictive performanceforthedevelopment of CAS in T2DM patients.
