基于健康生态学模型的H型高血压病人自我管理现状及影响因素分析

[Abstract]ObjectiveTo investigate the self-management statusof patients with H-type hypertensionandasociated influencingfactorsbasedonanecologicalmodelofhealth.MethodsAcross-sectionalsurveywasconductedamong 31Opatients with H-typehypertensionbyusing theGeneral Information Questionnaire，theHypertensionPatients Self-management Behavior Rating Scale，theeHealthLiteracyScale，thePerceivedSocialSupportScale，theChineseversionof thePerceivedStress Scaleand theBriefResilienceScale.Anecologicalmodelofhealthwasusedtoanalyzetheself-managementbehaviorsofpatientswithH-type hypertension and their influencing factors.ResultsThe patients’total score of self-management behaviors was 67.34±13.82 points，medication management scored 3.94±1.46 points，diet management scored 3.42±0.83 points，emotional management scored 3.40±0.95 points，work and rest management scored 3.32±0.93 points，disease monitoring scored 3.06±1.00 points，and exercise management scored 2.77±1.20 points. The usage rates of folic acid and B vitamins were 4.5% and 5.2% ，respectively. Age，work status，thedurationofhypertension，co-occurrng chronic diseases，body masindex（BMI），totalcholesterol（TC）， low-densitylipoproteinolesterolsmokingndsupplemenationwithBvitamissigcantlyectedtheself-aageb haviors of the patients with H-type hypertension （F=7.023-20.310，t=2.539-4.139，P<0.05） . The stratified regression analysis resultsshowed thatage，the presence ofother chronic diseases，BM1，TC，smoking，e-health literacy，perceived stress，and perceived social support were the main influencing factors for patient self-management （ ⋅P<0.05 ），collectively explaining 31.4% of thevariace.ConclusionPatientswithH-typehypertensionneedtoimprovetheirself-managementlevels，whicharesubjectto individualcharactersts，behviortraits，andinterpesoalnetworksupport.Healtcareprofesioalsoulddesigneectiiter vention measures accordingly to improve patients’self-management.
