地铁列车齿轮箱换油周期探究

摘要：地铁列车齿轮箱作为驱动单元的重要组成部件，其内部齿轮箱油质量的优劣直接影响到其性能，本文以武汉地铁6号线齿轮箱为研究对象，对齿轮箱油的更换周期进行探究，在保障齿轮箱正常工作的情况下，避免过度维护，研究结果表明，齿轮箱油的更换周期可定为两年，可以为地铁列车齿轮箱油的更换周期提供参考。

Abstract： The gearbox of metro train is an important component of the driving unit，The quality of internal gearbox oil directly affects its performance，This paper takes the gearbox of Wuhan Metro Line 6 as the research object， and explores the oil replacement cycle of the gearbox ，In the case of ensuring the normal operation of the gearbox， avoid excessive maintenance，The results show that the replacement cycle of gearbox oil can be set as 2 years， which can provide a reference for the replacement cycle of metro train gearbox oil.

随着国家的高速发展，越来越多的城市开通了轨道交通，在轨道交通高速发展的背后，如何保障列车运行安全成为一项关键工作，列车运行安全主要包括列车牵引安全，列车制动安全、列车车门安全等，为了更好的保障列车安全运营，需要定期对列车进行全方位的维护，保障各系统在健康的状态下工作。（剩余1625字）
