风电企业职业健康综合干预措施研究

摘要：近年来，随着风力发电行业的迅速发展，其相关从业人员的职业健康问题逐渐暴露，并引起行业主管部门和企业的高度重视。结合风力发电行业的工作特点，对现阶段影响风电企业职业健康状况的主要危害因素展开全面分析，提出具有针对性的综合干预措施，为进一步提升风电企业从业人员的职业健康水平保障提供有价值的参考。

Abstract： In recent years， with the rapid development of the wind power industry， the occupational health problems of its employees have been gradually exposed and have attracted widespread attention from the society. With the characteristics of the wind power industry， this paper presents a comprehensive analysis of the main hazard factors affecting the occupational health of wind power enterprises at this stage， and proposes targeted and comprehensive intervention measures to provide valuable references for further improving the occupational health of wind power enterprise employees.
