应用型本科“双师型”教师认定办法量化分析

摘要:本文选取15个省市的25所应用型本科院校关于“双师型”教师认定办法的文件,利用政策文件量化分析方法,用Nvivo软件对文件内容进行三级编码,形成认定条件、激励措施、教师职责、认定流程和培养措施5个三级编码的父节点,进一步对这5个父节点包含的内容进行分析,最后提出相关结论和政策建议。

Abstract:This present study selected the documents on the identification methods of "double-qualification" teachers from 25 Applied-oriented Universities in 15 provinces.Using the quantitative analysis method of policy documents,the Nvivo software is used to perform three-level coding on the content of the documents.Form the parent nodes of 5 three-level codes of identification conditions,incentive measures,teacher responsibilities,identification process and training measures.Further analyze the content contained in these 5 parent nodes.Finally,relevant conclusions and policy recommendations are presented.
