摘要：根据公约MARPOL73/78，MEPC.107（49）的决议，修订的船舶机器处所舱底水防污染设备指南和技术条件，采用理论与实践相结合的方法，对船舶机舱设备油水分离器检查的要点和判断的标准以及检查结果的处理，后续的设备的改造符合公约和规范的要求，以提高全社会对海洋环境保护的意识。

Abstract：In accordance with the resolution of MARPOL 73 / 78，MEPC.107（49），the revised Guidelines and Technical Conditions for Bilge Water Pollution Prevention Equipment in Marine Machinery Premises are adopted by combining theory with practice.To the marine engine room equipment oil water separator inspection point and judgment standard and the inspection result processing，the follow-up equipment transformation conforms to the convention and the standard request，raises the entire society to the ocean pollution prevention consciousness.

MARPOL 73/78公约规定，凡400总吨及以上的船舶，应装有经主管机关批准的油水分离器设备，使通过该设备的油水混合物经分离后排放海的水中含油量不超过15ppm，该系统和设备应该有报警装置，具有打印功能，并有船用产品证书和型式认可证书，及相关的设备图纸和管路图纸等，凡10000总吨及以上的船舶还应该有经主管机关批准的排油监控系统，每当废液排放时，监控系统同时开始工作并提供排水中含油量的连续记录，如果排水中含油量超过标准，便自动停止排放。（剩余3284字）
