校企合作背景下网络类课程建设研究与实践

——以“新兵训练营之企业网络设计与管理”为例

摘要：通过校企合作共建课程，基于企业岗位需求定制课程内容，将企业实际案例引入教学中，由企业教师指导学生以项目组的形式通过模拟实际网络工程的实施过程开展教学，结合工学交替、线上线下混合式的教学模式，有效提升学生的实践能力和技能水平，进而提高学生的就业竞争力。
