产教融合视域下高职建设工程管理专业人才培养质量提升途径探究

摘要：近年来，高职教育体系逐渐完善，产教融合模式应用也越来越广泛。在当下的社会环境中，学校要贴合实际情况，创新人才培养方式，强化校企合作，增设实训、实习场地，积极推动教学工作，全面提升学生的综合能力，使学生成为市场所需的技术应用型人才。

Abstract：In recent years，the higher vocational education system has been gradually improved，and the mode of integration of industry and education has been applied more and more widely.Under the current social environment，schools should conform to the actual situation，innovate the training methods of talents，strengthen the cooperation between schools and enterprises，set up more training and practice sites，actively promote teaching work，and comprehensively enhance students’comprehensive ability，become the technical application type talented person which the market needs.
