高中生心理弹性现状分析

摘 要：本研究采用《青少年心理弹性量表》对某中学230名高中生的心理弹性水平进行调查。结果表明：高中生心理弹性水平总体处于中等水平;在高考目标这个维度上存在显著性差异，在班级上处于边缘显著性差异，在性别上无显著差异。

Analysis on the Current Situation

of Psychological Elasticity of Senior High School Students

Abstract：This study investigated the level of psychological elasticity of 230 senior high school students in a middle school by using the adolescent psychological elasticity scale.The results show that the level of psychological elasticity of senior high school students is generally at the middle level;There are significant differences in the dimension of college entrance examination objectives，marginal significant differences in classes，and no significant differences in gender.

高中生的心理理弹性主要是指学生在面对困境、逆境或负性事件时，能够拥有良好适应能力，并通过自我心理调节获得良好发展的能力，是学生内在保护因素和外在保护因素的结合[1]。（剩余3601字）
