多管齐下强基创新

——厦门大学人文学院心理育人工作的探讨与思考

摘要：文章以厦门大学人文学院为例，从实施路径及效果、经验做法及主要成效、思考与启示三个方面，对学院创建校级三全育人之“心理育人”专项试点单位的工作进行梳理与总结。这对当前其他高校进一步推进“心理育人”工作，具备一定的借鉴价值。

AbstractTaking the College of Humanities of Xiamen University as an example，this paper combs and summarizes the work of establishing the special pilot unit of "psychological education" in the school from three aspects：implementation path and effect，experience and practice，main effects，thinking and enlightenment. This has certain reference value for other colleges and universities to further promote the work of "psychological education".
