混合学习在母婴健康工学结合中的应用研究

摘要:医药卫生类高职院校在母婴健康服务技能人才培养方面长期存在“工”“学”脱离、岗位实践规模受限等问题。文章对母婴健康工学结合的难点、混合学习的优势进行分析,并探索混合学习在工学结合中的应用模式构建、具体实施、实施成效及问题等方面,以期为混合学习、工学结合的开展、教育信息化建设措施提供实践经验。

Study on the Application of Blended Learning in the Combination of Work and Learning in Maternal and Infant Health

AbstractMedical and health higher vocational colleges have long had problems in the training of skilled personnel in maternal and infant health services,such as the separation of "work" and "learning" and the limited scale of post practice. Taking the author's school as an example,this paper analyzes the difficulties of the combination of work and learning in maternal and infant health and the advantages of mixed learning,and discusses and reflects on the reform practice of the application mode construction,specific implementation,implementation results and problems of mixed learning in the combination of work and learning,in order to provide practical experience for the development of mixed learning,the combination of work and learning,and the construction of educational informatization.
