均衡教育发展下城乡教师资源的差异及对策

——以广西中学英语教师为例

摘 要 近年来,国家倡导均衡教育。城乡之间教育资源的配置分布是一重要指标。近年来南宁、贵港、玉林和钦州四个地级市教育发展迅速,所以以之为代表并调查广西城乡初中英语师资配置情况,包括教师的教学媒体技能及本体性知识水平和科研能力,推动教育均衡发展。

The Differences and Measures of Urban and Rural Teacher Resources under Balanced Education

——Take English teachers in Guangxi middle schools as an example.

Abstract In recent years, the state advocates all-round education. The allocation and distribution of educational resources between urban and rural areas is an important index. Education in Nanning, Guigang, Yulin and Qinzhou has developed rapidly. Therefore, taking them as representatives, this paper investigates the configuration of junior middle school English teachers in urban and rural areas of Guangxi, including teachers' teaching media skills, professional knowledge level and scientific research ability, so as to promote the balanced development of education.
