交叉学科背景下导师团队制研究生培养模式改革与实践

——以农产品质量安全检测与溯源创新团队为例

摘 要 在学科交叉背景下,针对研究生培养过程中单一导师制存在的问题,本文提出了构建“知识传授+能力培养+素质提升”“团队导师+导师+副导师”“校内导师+基地导师+管理人员”三位一体的导师团队协同培养模式,在研究生培养实践过程中效果显著,对提升研究生的创新能力和综合素质具有重要作用。

Reform and Practice of Tutor Team System of Postgraduate Training Mode under the Background of Interdisciplinary

——A case study of agricultural product quality and safety testing and traceability innovation team

Abstract Under the background of interdisciplinary, based on the problems of single tutorial system in the process of postgraduate training, cooperative training mode of tutor team was proposed, which included "knowledge imparting + ability training + quality improvement","team tutor + tutor + assistant tutor","intramural tutor + base tutor + management personnel". The effect was remarkable in the process of postgraduate training practice. It is of great significance to improve the innovative ability and comprehensive quality of postgraduate.
