数字化工艺设计在工程实践教学中的应用

摘  要  将数字化工艺设计引入工程训练实践课程,旨在使学生了解数字化工艺设计在智能制造中的重要性。通过让学生自主学习数字化工艺设计软件平台,掌握数字化工艺设计方法,并将工艺应用与工训实践相结合,提升学生对车间生产的整体性认识,加强工程观的培养。

Abstract  In this paper, the digital process design is intro-duced into the engineering training practice course, which aims to make students understand the importance of digital process design in intelligent manufacturing. By allowing students to learn the digital technological design software plat-form independently, master digital technological design, and combine the technological design application with engineering training practice, students’ overall understanding of workshop production is improved, and the cultivation of engineering concept is strengthened.

工程训练实践课程要主动服务于国家创新驱动發展等重大战略实施,聚焦制造业数字化、网络化、智能化,以智能制造为引领,以大工程观为主线,与当前工业发展主流技术相衔接,扎实推进课程改革和实践设施升级改造,才能提高人才培养的目标达成度、社会适应度、条件保障度、质保有效度和结果满意度。(剩余4872字)
