社会扩招背景下高职三教改革研究与实践

摘  要  高职扩招给高职院校带来新的发展动力，同时给教学与管理带来巨大挑战。通过对安徽机电职业技术学院2019级机械制造及自动化专业的社会扩招学生进行问卷调查，针对他们与全日制在校生的不同特点，从教师、教材、教法三个方面提出改革的实施路径，保证社会扩招人才培养质量。

Abstract  The expansion of higher vocational enrollment has brought new development impetus to higher vocational colleges， as well as challenges to teaching and management. Based on a survey of the students of mechanical manufacturing and automation major of Grade 2019 in Anhui Techni-cal College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering， the path of reform is implemented from three aspects of teachers， textbooks and teaching methods， aiming at their different characteristics with full-time students， so as to ensure the quality of personnel training for social expansion.
