Research on the implementation pathways of land-sea coordination based on coastal zone and marine spatial planning in Guangdong

Abstract：Land-sea coordination（LSC） is key to high-quality development in coastal zones. Based on the practice of coastal zone and marine spatial planning，this study analyzes chalenges in achieving coordinated land-sea spatial development and proposes implementation pathways These include improving land-sea zoning coordination mechanisms，implementing categorized management of coastlines， establishing an integrated land-sea environmental governance system，and promoting industrial synergy through land一sea coordination. The findings provides actionable references for coastal cities to resolve conflicts between land一sea spatial development and conservation，ultimately achieving synergistic land-sea development.
