Innovative Research on the Technology Transfer and Transformation Mode of University Scientific Achievements in Henan Province Based on Industry-University-Research Collaboration

Abstract： [Purposes] Against the backdrop of a new round of technological revolution and accelerated industrial transformation，the transfer and transformation of scientificand technological achievements in universities has become a key driver of regional innovation-driven development.This study explores innovative industry-university-research collaboration mechanisms to provide policy insights for enhancing technology transfer in Henan Province's higher education institutions.[Methods] This study focuses on industry-university-research collaborative innovation， systematically analyzing the current status， bottlenecks，and root causes of technology transfer and transformation in universities.It further explores new pathways for research achievement transformation that align with Henan Province's regional charac teristics.[Findings] University technology transfer still faces structural challenges.Key data reveals three major barriers：restrictive management systems，the absence of a market-oriented pricing mechanism，and insuficient incentive structures for revenue distribution.[Conclusions] By establishing a "three-dimensional linkage" collaborative mechanism，further reforming and innovating the profit distribution and incentive systems，and empowering achievement-demand matching through intelligent means，this approach systematically enhances the eficiency of scientific and technological achievement transformationin Henan Province'suniversities.
