Research on Distribution Network Redundancy under Optimal Operational Efficiency Planning

Abstract:Toaddresstheissueof investmentredundancyintraditionalpowerdistributionnetworkplanning,whichoftenrelieson extremeoperationalscenarios,thisstudyproposesadistributionnetworkplannngmethodwithoperationaleficiencyasthecore indicatoranddelvesintotheelationshipetweenredundancyandinvestmentcostinthepowerdistributionnetwork.Iitialythestudy usesenergyblocksegmentationof windandphotovoltaic(PV)loadcurvesandintroducesamulti-accessenergyblockmatching technology.Subsequently,amultibjectiveplaningmodelaimingfortheighestoperationaleficiencyandthelowestinvesntcost isestablised.Thismodelissolvedusinganoptimizationparticleswarmalgorithmwithadouble-endedmutationstrategy,ndfeder loadrateisutilizedtocalculateredundancyFinall,anIE-nodecasestudyisintroducdtoverifythefeasibilityofthepower distributionetworkplaningschemeandtoconductaninvestment-redundancycost-fectivenessanalysisofdfrentscenarios.The results show that this approach can reduce the total cost by 23.36% while narrowing the peak-valley difference in redundancy by 10.85% and reducing the average redundancy by 1.32% ,effectively improving the distribution of network redundancy.
