Abstract:Theautomaticsampling feedingof inspectionandlaboratory testing isgenerallydriven bywind pressure,and the infrastructureishuge,withhighenergyconsumptionandhighfailurerate.Inordertosolvetheseproblems,anewlong-distance conveyingandsamplefeedingdeviceisproposedbycombiningcoil-tyeelectromagneticemisiontechnology.Inthispaper,the electromagneticsimulationoftheelectromagnetic-drivensamplefedingsysteiscompleted,thelectromechanicalcouplingdamic modelofthelectromagnetictransmiterisestablished,thedyamicrelatioshipbetweentheinputcurrntandtheoutletvelocityis obtained.Inadition,thecontrolmodelofthetargetoutletvelocityisstablisedforteamplefedingtrollyswithdiferntiiial velocities,andthecontrolmethodproposedinthispaperisverifiedbysimulationsandexperiments,whichprovidestheoretical guidance for the design of the electromagnetic-driven sample feeding device.
