Analysis and Optimization of Outer-Rotor Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor with Non-uniform Halbach Array

Abstract:Inordertofurther improvethetorque densityof thebeltconveyor drivemotor,this paper proposesathre-stage nonuniformHalbachmagnetizedouterrotorpermanentmagnetsynchronousmotorstructureandoptimizesit.Firstly,thefiniteelement modelisestablishedtoanalyetheelectromagneticcharacteristicsofthemotorandverifythesuperiortyoftheproposedstructure. Secondly,theSeanoelatioofteametersisulateddeprameesreatifdForeist-aerste improvedsalpswarmoptimizationalgoithmisadoptedforult-jectiveoptimzation,whiletescond-layerparametersaretiied viaparameterscaning.Finall,simulationexperimentsaeoductedtoverifyteefectivenssoftheoptizationTeexptal resultsshowthat,comparedwiththetraditionalouter-rotorpemanentmagnetsynchronousmotor,theproposednon-uniformHalbach array outer-rotor permanent magnet synchronous motor,with an 8.49% reduction in the amount of permanent magnets,achieves a 3.86% increase in torque density,a 4.54% rise in the fundamental amplitude of no-load back electromotive force,a 40,42% (20 decrease in harmonic distortion rate,and reductions of 61.59% and 62.18% in torque ripple and cogging torque,respectively, significantly enhancing themotor's electromagneticperformance.
