浅析如何提升新时期企业基层政工人员素质

【摘  要】十九届五中全会深入分析了我国面临的国内、国际深刻复杂的变化，企业面临的竞争与挑战更为激烈和严峻。为更好地提升自身核心竞争力和软实力，企业有必要也必须全方位加强基层政工工作，更好地武装企业员工思想，提升其工作积极性，更好地实现个人价值与企业价值的统一。

【Abstract】The 5th Plenary Session of 19th CPC Central Committee deeply analyzed the profound and complex changes faced by China at home and abroad. Enterprises are facing more fierce competition and more severe challenges. In order to better improve their core competitiveness and soft power， it is necessary and essential for enterprises to strengthen grassroots political work in an all-round way， better arm employees' thoughts， improve their work enthusiasm， and better realize the unity of personal value and enterprise value.

1 引言

一流企业做文化，好的企业是以文化的底蕴为发展基础，企业基层政工工作就是传递企业核心价值理念和企业精神，提高企业员工思想政治水平，增强企业员工的凝聚力、向心力，促进企业全方位健康发展的重要工作，是企业文化可持续健康发展的重要途径，是关系到企业全面提升综合实力的基础，是优化企业员工职业素养、思想素养的关键。（剩余3069字）
