老年友好型银行服务理论解析

【摘  要】随着时代的发展和社会的进步，越来越多的新型技术被应用于银行服务领域之中。为进一步优化老年友好型银行，需要立足于老年人客户需求以及银行服务供需两方面进行着力探究。基于此，论文对老年友好型银行服务理论进行深入的解析，希望能够进一步推动当前各银行打造老年友好型银行的发展步伐。

【Abstract】With the development of the times and the progress of society， more and more new technologies have been applied in the field of banking services. In order to further optimize the geriatric friendly banks， it is necessary to focus on the needs of elderly customers and the supply and demand of banking services. Based on this， this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the theory of geriatric friendly banking services， hoping to further promote the development pace of the current banks to build geriatric friendly banks.

1 引言

人口老龄化的趋势已不容逆转，随之而来的各类社会问题，老年友好与国家的发展脉络和人民群众的生活福祉密切相关，在金融机构发展进程中，打造老年服务银行、改善金融服务体系有重要的意义和价值，能够充分发挥出金融服务体系在整个社会资源配置中的重要作用。（剩余2947字）
