浅析人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用

【摘  要】人力资源管理是企业管理的重点，关系着企业的创新与发展。论文主要分析人力资源管理在企业管理中的作用，研究提升人力资源管理效能的策略，以期为促进我国企业的发展提供一定的参考。

【Abstract】Human resources management is the focus of enterprise management， which is related to the innovation and development of the enterprise. This paper mainly analyzes the role of human resources management in enterprise management， and studies the strategies to improve the usefulness of human resources management， so as to provide some reference for promoting the development of the enterprise in China.
