浅谈PDCA循环在制度优化中的应用

【摘  要】PDCA循环是企业落实质量管理行动的重要工具，中海福建天然气有限责任公司在内控制度优化中坚持与时俱进、不断创新。论文详细介绍了中海福建天然气有限责任公司内控制度的现状，阐述了如何在制度优化中应用PDCA循环工具，为企业优化内控制度提供了借鉴。

【Abstract】PDCA cycle is an important tool for enterprises to implement quality management actions. China Shipping Fujian Natural Gas Company Limited insists on keeping pace with the times and constantly innovating in the optimization of internal control system. This paper introduces the present situation of internal control system of China Shipping Fujian Natural Gas Company Limited in detail， and expounds how to apply PDCA cycle tool in system optimization， which provides reference for enterprises to optimize internal control system.

1 PDCA循环理论简介

PDCA循环这一管理学模型是1930年由美国质量管理专家休哈特博士首先提出的，1950年由戴明博士再度挖掘出来，加以广泛宣传和普遍应用，所以又称戴明环。（剩余2800字）
