浅析县级图书馆的现状与发展对策

【摘  要】论文从建设经费、工作人员、馆藏资源、服务手段4个方面分别阐述了县级图书馆的发展现状与存在问题，并就现阶段存在的问题提出了相应的解决对策，旨在为县级图书馆的可持续发展提供建设性意见。

【Abstract】This paper expounds the development status and existing problems of county-level libraries from four aspects of construction funds， staff， collection resources and service means， and puts forward corresponding countermeasures for the existing problems at the present stage， aiming at providing constructive suggestions for the sustainable development of county-level libraries.
