农业保险高质量发展的思考

【摘  要】2019年四部委联合印发的《关于加快农业保险高质量发展的指导意见》，具有重要的指导价值和现实意义。结合业务实际，论文从分析存在的问题和理顺相关关系方面出发，思考下阶段如何推进我国农业保险持续稳定健康发展。

【Abstract】The "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the High Quality Development of Agricultural Insurance" jointly issued by the four ministries and commissions in 2019 has important guiding value and practical significance. Combined with the actual business， the paper analyzes the existing problems and straighten out the relevant relations， thinks about how to promote the sustainable， stable and healthy development of agricultural insurance in the next stage.
