经济新常态环境下提高财务人员综合素质的对策

【摘  要】经济新常态对财务工作提出新要求、新挑战。基于日益复杂的经济市场环境，提升财务人员综合素质是满足事业单位财务工作需求的基础。论文立足于经济新常态，分析经济新常态下财务人员应具备的基本素养，深入剖析经济新常态对财务人员综合素质的影响，最后提出提高财务人员综合素质的具体对策。

【Abstract】The new normal of economy puts forward new requirements and challenges for financial work. Based on the increasingly complex economic market environment， improving the comprehensive quality of financial personnel is the basis to meet the needs of financial work in public institutions. Based on the new normal of economy， this paper analyzes the basic quality that financial personnel should have under the new normal of economy， deeply analyzes the influence of the new normal of economy on the comprehensive quality of financial personnel， and finally puts forward specific countermeasures to improve the comprehensive quality of financial personnel.
