企业施工项目部基层党建存在的问题及应对措施探讨

【摘  要】论文从阐述企业施工项目部做好基层党建工作的意义入手，进一步分析了施工项目部开展党建工作的要点，介绍了党建工作中的问题，最后提出了施工项目部有效开展党建工作的建议。

【Abstract】Starting from the explanation of the significance of the enterprise construction project department to do well the grassroots Party building work， the paper further analyzes the main points of the construction project department to carry out the Party building work， introduces the problems in the Party building work， and finally puts forward suggestions for the construction project department to effectively carry out the Party building work.
