摘  要:该文就培养什么人、怎样培养人、为谁培养人的教育根本问题进行思考,全文贯彻全国教育大会精神,从家国情怀、职业担当、专业能力和人文修养不同层次深入讨论。提出新医科背景下,牢记教育之初心,努力争做“四有”好老师,帮助学生提升道德情操,加强应用型护理人才职业精神的培养。

Abstract: This paper considers the fundamental issues of education about who to train, how to train, and for whom, the full text implements the spirit of the National Education Conference, and discusses in-depth from different levels of family and country feelings, professional responsibility, professional ability, and humanities. It is proposed that under the background of the new medicine,we should keep in mind the original intention of education, strive to be a good teacher of the "Four-Haves", help students improve their moral sentiment, and strengthen the training of applied nursing talents' professionalism.
