新时代导师责任制下研究生思想政治教育的着力点与路径选择

摘  要：以落实新时代教育理念为方针，构建导师第一责任人视角下的思想政治教育模式。以目标为导向，以“强化导师主导、凸显学生个体、倡导共识教育、力主格局升华”等措施为着力点，构建“有料—有情—有效”的路径模式，实现“以德立身、以德立学、以德立业”的思想政治全新育人成效。

Abstract： In order to implement the educational concept of the New Era， the ideological and political education model is constructed from the perspective of the first responsible person of tutors. Goal-oriented， focusing on measures such as "strengthening tutor leadership， highlighting individual students， advocating consensus education， and sublimating the dominant pattern"， the path mode of "having material， feeling， and effectiveness" is constructed to achieve the ideological and political education goal of "establishing one's morality， establishing one's study， and establishing one's career by virtue".

2010年以来，教育部陆续出台加强研究生的思想政治教育的相关文件，其中，《关于进一步加强和改进研究生思想政治教育的若干意见》中明确提出“要充分发挥导师在研究生思想政治教育中首要责任人的作用”;2018年1月，教育部再次出台《关于全面落实研究生导师立德树人职责的意见》，明确研究生导师的首要职责是立德树人，导师是研究生培养第一责任人。（剩余7084字）
