Identification Method and Experimental Verification of Wave Loadson Offshore Wind PowerStructures

Abstract: This paper proposes a method for identifying Wave loads on offshore wind turbine structures based on limited sensor response information. Utilizing the Kalman fltering algorithm,the optimal estimate ofthe state vector was iteratively calculated using the limited accelerometer response of the measured points,enabling prediction of responses missng at critical locations,the proper orthogonal decomposition (POD) method was applied to calculate the control mode numberq,the discrete Kalman filtering algorithm was used to iteratively calculate the optimal estimate of the state vector and the measurement equation was introduced to identify the wave loads.Numerical examples anda flume wind turbine model experiment validated the method's accuracyandreliability under difrent conditions.The results show that the response extension method can accurately predict the dynamic responses of unmeasured points of the structure, more complete response data improves the computational accuracy of load identification and has good robustness.

1 引言

海上风电结构是一项极为复杂的系统性工程,其设计和建造周期长,造价昂贵,结构复杂,而且其服役所处的海洋环境恶劣,台风、海啸、海冰等极端灾害的破坏力极强,服役过程中一旦发生安全事故,其造成的人员伤亡、生态破坏、经济损失、环境污染等严重后果无论对人还是对自然来说,都是无法承受的,因此,必须开展运行状态下的风电结构健康监测,避免安全事故的发生[-2。(剩余11453字)
