Abstract: This study addresses issues in existing sewage collection systems, such as susceptibility to cloggigand high risk of leakage.By analyzing the characteristics and discharge paterns of polutants generated during shipbuilding and repair operations, including oily wastewater and chemical cleaning efuent, a systematic optimization solution is proposed for the pollted water collection system ofa 75 Ooo t lifting capacity foating dock. Based on the specific structure and operational workflow of the floating dock, improvements are focused on the layoutof thecollection pipeline network,the designofcollection inlettypes,andtheconnection methodsof pipeline segments.Validated through practical application,the solution significantly enhances colection efficiency and reduces leakage risks,providing anengineering reference for polution prevention and controlinlarge foating docks.
