Abstract: Hullpart cuting is a crucial process in shipbuilding. CNC cutting technology is widely used in the cutting and blanking ofhullparts due to its high efciency and reliable quality.This paperanalyzes the main causes of errors in CNC-blanked partsand proposes precision control measures for hullpart blanking errors in both precuting and post-cuting stages,aiming to improve the quality of blanked parts and thereby enhance the overall product quality.

1 引言

船体零件切割是船舶建造的第一道工序,在零件加工的过程中会有大量钢板切割需求,因此,切割效率的高低和质量的优劣对船舶制造和生产有着重要的影响,现代船舶制造业中船体零件均采用数控切割下料,主要有等离子切割、火焰切割和激光切割三种方式,在船舶制造中都应用广泛,其切割方法也各有优劣,其使用的频率和应用场合也各有不同。(剩余4525字)
