AbstractObjective：Toxplorethealicatioefectofinformationbasedfilemanagementinthemanagementofadioogicalstafin hospitals.Methods：Atotalof359hospitalradiationworkerswhoreceivedroutinemanagementfromJune2022toMay2023were selectedathecontrolgroup.Atotalof372hospitalrdiationworkershoreceivedinformatioarchivemanagementfromJune223to May2024wereselectedastheobservationgroup.Comparedtheradiationprotectionefect，managementqualty，workeficiency， completionrateofpaperdocuments，ompletionrateofprivatenetwork informationandmanagementsatisfactionbetwentwogoups. Results：Thescoresonthecorectuseofpersonaldosimeter，tecoectuseofprotectieequipment，regularpysicalexamintionas required，andtecoformityofpersonaldosemonitoringalueitheobservationgroupwerehighrtantoseinthecontrolgroup P< 0.05）.Thescoresofmanagementmethods，managementefect，workeficiencyassessmentfo，managementcontentandtraining methodsin the observation group were higher than those in the control group（ P<0.05 0.Thecompletion rateof paper certificate，private network information and management satisfaction in observation group were higher than those in control groupl P<0.05） .Conclusions： Theaplicationof information-basedfilemanagementinthemanagementofhospitalradiologystaffasgoodefect，whichhelpsto improvetheprotectioneffectandsafety，toenancethemanagementqualityandworkeficiency，soastoachievehighermanageent satisfaction.
