AbstractObjective：ToinvestigateteatributesandprioritietedemandforsmartederlycareservicesinZenjangcityTeplore itsinfluencingactorsostosatisftetagetedprecisio"ofteederlyemandforelderlyservics.Toprovideabasisforthach relatedtosmartelderlycareservices.Methods：Conveniencesamplingmethodwasusedtoselect498elderlypeopleinZhenjiangcityas surveyrespondents.AquestionnaireonthedemandforsmartagingservicesbasedontheKanomodel wasdesigned.Results：Amongthe 22smart seniorcareservicedemands，5were must-havedemands，4were expectationdemands，3werecharmdemands，andlwere undiferentiateddemands.Accordingtotematrixdagram，5serviceswerelocatedinthefirstquadrant，4srviceswerelocatedinthe secondquadrant，9serviceswerelocatedinthethirdquadrant，ad4services werelocatedinthefourthquadrant.Themultiplelinear stepwiseregresionresultsshowedthatthemainfactorsafectingthedemandforsmartelderlycareservicesinthefourcategories includedage，physicalcondition，numberofchildrenducationlevelcarer，monthlyincome，esidencestatus，umberofonic diseases，prefeedoerlyaeoledgfartederlreecsaelsodgendpectsudiice. Conclusions：Theoveralldemandforsmartelderlycareservicesischaracterizedby"dependence"atherthan"anticipatio".Tefourtypes ofservicedemandsshowedvariablityanddynamics.Lifecareserviceisthebasicguarantee.Medicalandhealthserviceisthemost important.SafetymonitoringserviceistheiportantsuplementSpiritualcomfortservieisthecingothecake.Oneshouldesurehat theservicesareaccatelyligdwitteactaleedsghhteyeasombeteustavedemandexpetatios charmdemands>undiferentiateddemandsprioritystrategytooptimizethealoationofresources.Toimprovethequalityandeiciency ofsmartelderlyareservices.Tomeettediversifiednedsofteelderlyandtopromotetheealthevelopmentofteelderlycare services.
