AbstractOjective：Toinvestigate thestatusquofdischargeeadinssofpostoperativepatientswithbreastcancerandtoeploreits influencingfactorsanditsrelationshipithqualityofdischargeteachingandsocialsupportMethods：Atotalof253breastcancerpatints whoreceivedsurgicalreatmentintebreastdiseasediagnosisandtreatmentcenterofatertiarygadeAhospitalinBejingfromJauary 2020toJuneO23wereselectedasthesureysubjects.TheGeneralInformatioQuestioaire，theChineseversionoftheReadines for HospitalDischargeScale，theChineseversionoftheQuaityofDischargeTeachingScaleandtheSocialSupportRatingScalewereused toinvestigateResults：TetotalscoreontheChineseversionoftheDschargePreparationScaleforpostoperativebreastcancerpatients was 69.96±5.55 .The total score on the Chinese version of the Quality of Discharge Teaching Scale was 192.43±6.86. And the total score of the Social Support Rating Scale was 21.47±5.08. Pearson correlation analysis revealed that the total scale of Chinese version of theReadinessforHospitalDischargeScalewaspositivelycorrelatedwithboththeChineseversionoftheQuaitofDischargeTeaching Scale total score and the the Social Support Rating Scale total score（ （P<0.05） .Multiple factor analysis resultsshowed that educational level，readinessforspitaldscargndocialsupportreifluencingfctorsforishargeradines inostoprativebreastcancer patients P<0.05） .Conclusions：The discharge readiness of postoperative breast cancer patients is at a medium level.Improving the qualtyofdischargeteachingandsocialsupportlevelcouldimprovethediscargeeadinessofpostoperativebreastcancerpatientsAndit could provide theoretical basis for medical personnel to formulate relevant intervention measures.
