AbstractObjective：TotranslatethePatientChronicInessResourceSurvey（IS）intoChinese，ndtoestitsreliabilityandvalidity inpatientswithhronicbstructivepulmonarydseaseCOPD）Methods：AccordingtotheBrislinclasicbacktranslationmodelCine versionofChronicObstructivePulmonary Disease PatientChronic InessResource Surveywasdeveloped.FromSeptember202to December 2O23，aconvenencesampling method wasusedtoselect41lpatientswithchonicobstructivepulmonarydisease whovisiteda tertiarygradeAhospitalinYiwucityforinvestigation.AndthereliabilityandvalidityofthescaleweretestedResults：TheChinese versionofChronicObstructivePulmonaryDiseasePatientChronicllnessResourceSurveyincuded5dimensionsandatotalof16items. ThecontentvalidityindexofthescalelevewasO.98.ThecontentvalidityindexofthescaleitemlevelwasO.921-1Ooo.Fivecommon factors with eigenvalue greater than 1 were extracted，with a cumulative variance contribution rate of 79.056% .Social Support Rating Scale（SSRS）wasusedas thecriterion to calculate the corelation validity，with a correlation coeficient of （ .960（P<0.001 0.Thetotal Cronbach'salphacoeficientofthescalewasO.8l9.TheCronbach'salphacoeficientsofthefivedimensionswereO.8O-0891.The test-retestreliabilityofthescalewasO99.Conclusions：ThereliabilityandvalidityoftheChineseversionofChronicObstructie PulmonaryDiseasePtientChronicIlnessResourceSurveywerefine.And itcouldbeusedasameasurementoolforthesocialrsouce utilization of COPD patients.
