肺癌病人免疫检查点抑制剂相关皮肤毒性护理方案的构建及应用

AbstractObjective：Toconstructanursing programmeforICIs-related skin toxicityinlungcancerpatients.Toapplythe programme initiallyadtoevaluateitsefctMetos：ConstructingaursingprogaeforICs-relatedskintoxicityinngcancerpatiesbased onevidence-basednursingandDlphimethod.Atotalof112lungcancerpatientswhoreceivedteirfrstICIstreatmentinthencology departmentofatertiaryAgradehospitalfromFebruarytoNovember2O23 wereselectedastheresearchsubjects.Theyweredividedinto controlgroup（59cases）andtestgroup（53cases）.Tecontrolgroupreceivedroutinecareintheoncologydepartment，whilethetesgoup received thenursingprogrammeforICIs-relatedskintoxicityinlungcancerpatients.Theincidence，severityofiCAEs，KPSscores betweenthetwogroups，andnurses'knowledgelevelofICIswerecompared.Results：After2roundsofDelphiexpertinquirytefial nursing programmeforICIs-related skintoxicityinlungcancerpatientsincluded6primaryitemsand19secondaryitems.After implementing the nursing programme，the skin toxicityof the test group was milder than thatof the control group P<0.05） .TheKPS score was higher than that of the control group（ P<0.05） .The score of nurses‘knowledge related to ICIs was higher than before implementation（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions：The constructed nursing programme related to ICIs in lung cancer patients could improve the severity of the patient's skin，enhance their quality of life，and improve the knowledge level of nurses.
