AbstractObjective：Toexplore theefectofsolution focusedapproachcombinedwithearlycomprehensive interventiononurinary retentionand psychologicalstatusofprimiparasafterdelivery.Methods：Conveniencesamplingwasusedtoselect12Oparturients who gavebirthintheobstetricsdepartmentofatertiarygradeAhospitalfromJanuary2O23toDecember2023astheresearchsubjects.hey weredividedintocontrolgroupandinterventiogroupbasedonhospitalizeddata，with6Ocaseseach.Thecontrolgroupasivenearly comprehensiveintervention.Andtheinterventiongroupimplementedsolutionfocusedapproachonthebasisofthatinthecontrolgroup. Theincidenceofpostpartumurinaryretentionandpsychologicaltatusofthetwogroups werecompared.Results：The incidenceofurinary retention in the intervention group （6.67% ）was lower than that in the control group （13.33% ）.And postpartum anxiety and depression level were lower than those in the control group（ P<0.05） .Conclusions：Solution focused approach combined with early comprehensive interventioncouldreducetheincidenceofpostnatalurinaryretentioninprimiparas，andimprovethenegative moodofparturients.
