腕踝针在口腔癌术后放疗病人中的应用

AbstractObjective：Toexploretheefectofwist-ankleacupuncturetherapyonmouthpeningdifcultypainandqualityoflifein postoperativeradiotherapypatientswithoralcancer.Methods：Atotalof6Opostoperativeradiotherapypatientswithoralcanceradmited tooncologydepartment，XiyuanHospitalofChinaAcademyofChineseMedicalSciencesfromOctober2021toSeptemberO3were selectedathestudysubjectsandrandomlydividedintotest groupandcontrolgroup，3Ocaseseach.Thecontrolgroupreceivedroutine oralfunctionexerciseandpainmanagement，whilethetestgoupreceivedwrist-ankleacupuncturetreatmentonthebasisofthecontrol group.Thedegreeof mouthopeningdificulty，oralpain，andtheinfluenceofpainonqualityoflifebetweentwogroups cases were compared.Results：Attheendofradiotherapy，thedegreeofmouthopeningdificultyandpaininthetest group werelowerthanhose in thecontrolgroup.Theinfluenceofpainonqualityoflifewassmalerinthetestgroupthanthatinthecontrolgroup.Andthediferences werestatistically significant ΔP<0.05 ）.Conclusions：Wrist-ankle acupuncture could effectively improve the limited mouth opening，allviate pain，and improve the quality of life of postoperative radiotherapy patients with oral cancer.
