AbstractObjective：ToclarifytheconceptofinformationoverloadinmedicalfieldbyRodgersevolutionaryconceptanalysismethod， soas to provideorespodinggdanceforclinicalnursingpractice.ethods：CKI，WaangData，VIoogleScholarubed， WebofScienceandotherdatabasesweresystematicallsearchedfromtheestablishmentoftedatabasetoDecember3l，23.Applying Rodgersvoltioaryoetalisteutioocptalttesssndeqesentfiatioflatedpt， evaluationtolsandtypicalcasesofiformationoverloadconceptwereanalyedanddiscued.Results：Theconceptof ifoation overloadintemdicalfeldasaprogressieprocess，incdingtreedfgaracteristis：iformationoverf，aagetutof controldictIidhlededdi. Theoutcomesincludednegativepersonalemotionsandbhavioralintentions，informationavoidanceanddecreasedmedicaluality. Conclusions：ClarifingtheconceptofinfomationoverloadintemedicalfieldouldelptdentifbeteritinclinicalpracticAdit may provide reference for more comprehensive clinical diagnosis，treatment，and nursing work.
