AbstractObjective：Toanalyzethetypesofalergens inpatients withallrgicdiseasesin Shanxi province，andtoproposenursing interventionsandpreventionstrategies.Methods：Atotalof1816patientswithallrgicdiseaseswovisitedtheallrgydepartmentof Shanxi BethuneHospitalfromJuly2O23toJune2O24 were selected astheresearchsubjects.Immunobloting wasused todetectserum alergn-specificimmunoglobulinEIgE）ntiboies.Andthedistributioncharacteristicsofllgenpositivityatsindifretsaos， genders，and ages were analyzed.Results：Among 1 816 subjects，1 543 cases （84.97% ）were positive for allergen-specific antibodies. Inhalationalergsereainlyugort，catfursavings，nddustmitesFoodalergseremainlyckenprotein，ilkdip. Thepositiverateofalergensinwinterandautumnwas higerthanthatinspringandsummer.Thepositiverateofmaleswashigherthan that offemales.The positivie rate of 18-3O years old was higher than that of other age groups（ P<0.05） .Conclusions：Allergens in Shanxi province showseasonal，genderandagediferences，providingimportantguidancefornursingtime.Itemphasizesthe keyroleof customizednursingstrategiesinidentifyingalergens，reventivemeasuresandpatienthealthducation，withteaiofotiingte nursing of allergic diseases and the prognosis of patients.
