AbstractObjective：Toivestigatetheknowledge，atitude，andbhaviorofnursingstafonarlyessntialnewbocare（EC）and itsinfluencingfactors，ndtoprovidereferenceforthefurtherdevelopmentofEENC.Methods：Aquestionnairesurveywasconducted fromApriltoJulyO24among304nurses inthepediatricsandobstetricsdepartmentsofaspecializedhospitalinShanxiprovice.Single factoranalysisdultipllinearregresionereusedtoalyeteiflueningfctorsofowldgeitude，andeaviofusing staffonearlyentialnewbocareResults：Thetotalscorefkowledgeatitude，andbehaviorofursingstaffonarlyeential newborn care was 127.34±12.54. The score of knowledge dimension was 62.29±6.21.The score of attitude dimension was 28.76±2.24 The score of behavioral dimension was 36.30±8.51. The multiple linear regression analysis results showed that education level，having childrenor not，whether they were specialized nurses in pediatricsor obstetrics，and the number of training（ P<0.05 ）.Conclusions： Nursingstaffaveaelatielyosiieidetowadslystialwboareicentoldgemasteryuttir neds tobestrengthened.Nursingmanagersshouldestablishqualitycontrolandfedback mechanisms，allcatespecializednursing resourceseasoablyndpoepactialilofsingstaffogheaticgariulasealyis so as to achieve standardized and normalization implementation of early essential newborn care.
