Junuul Uj 1 euueum unu ivuiuiu Uus Lngunciung， Unungznou Untveisuy， Unungznuu u1ovv， Jiungsu， Uiunu Abstract：Labor education，as animportant meanstocultivate the senseof responsibilityand practical abilityof young peoplein thenewera，ishighlyconsistent withthetheoreticalcoursesof ideologicaland politicaleducationincollgesanduniversities in terms of value guidance，educational directionand practical mechanism.Integrating the laboreducation systeminto ideologicaland politicalclasses notonlyhelps enhance colege students’labor concepts and senseof social responsibility，butalsopromotes the transformationof ideological and political education from theoretical indoctrinationto practical cultivation.This articleanalyzes theintegrationlogic，practicalchallnges and practical pathsof labor education andideological and political courses incollges anduniversities，and proposes toconstruct a labor education integration strategy of“coordination between in-class and out-of-class，connectionbetween theoryand practice，integrationof online andofline，and interactionbetweenon-campus andof-campus”，aiming toenrich the ideologicalandpolitical education system，enhance the effectiveness of education，and serve the goals of higher education in the new era.
