Abstract:WiththeaccelerationofChina’shigh-qualityeconomicdevelopmentandtheprocessof industrial structure adjustment,the subsequent growth of theedible fungus industy faced therisk of necesitatingadjustments toits foundationalformulations.Developingandapplyingnovelsubstrateformulationswithcost-efectiveandhigh-yield advantages,along with theircorrsponding cultivation techniques,has becomeacritical change for theindustry. Systematicallyreviewingtheresearch progressrelated toediblefungus cultivationsubstrates isof greatsignificance for moreaccurately solving thebottleneck problems related inthedevelopmentof the edible fungus industryand identifing forward-looking majorresearch topics inthefieldofcultivationsubstrate technology.Basedonthecore literaturedataof CNKI and WebofScience databases from2014 to 2023,theresearch progressofdomesticscholars inthe fieldof edible fungus cultivationsubstrates wassortedout,andthefrontiers,dynamicsanddevelopment trends intheresearch fieldof edible fungus cultivation substrates were explored in order to provide references for promoting relevant research on cultivation substrates and promoting the high-quality and sustainable development ofthe edible fungus industry.
