Abstract:To explore the expression characteristics of the three subunits α, β ,and γ ofAMPK(AMP-activated protein kinase)uring diferent stagesof the growthand developmentof Pleurotus ostreatus andunder various abiotic stresses,this study first obtained the sequencesof the three subunits ofAMPK in P. ostreatus through homology alignment.Then,qPCR was used to investigate the relative expression levels of the three subunits ofAMPK during diferent stages of growth anddevelopment,aswellasuderutritional stress,temperaturestress,heavymetal stress,oxidativestressandalt stres.The results showed that theAMPKa subunit was highly expressed during the initialstage offruiting body development, the primordium stage,the fruiting body stage of P. ostreatus,as well as under temperature stress, heavy metal stress, and oxidative stress.TheAMPKβ subunit was highly expresed during the initial stageoffruiting bodydevelopment,under nutritionaltress,eavymetalstres,andsalt stress.Theexpressionlevelof theAMPKysubunitonlyicreaseduring the initial stage offruitingbody developmentandunder heatstress within temperature stress.Theabove results indicate thathethree subunitsofAMPKrespond todiferent environmental stressesandmayhave differentregulatory functions. Among them,theAMPKasubunit playsakeyrole in theregulatory functionofAMPK.This studylaysafoundation for furtherin-depth explorationof thefunctions ofthe threesubunitsofAMPKduring the growthanddevelopmentof P. OStreatus and under diferent stresses,and also provides innovative ideas forthe studyof the stress resistance of P. ostreatus.
