Hybrid purity identification of Brassica campestris ssp. chiensis variety Chunfu by SsR marker

Thesemethods are notonly time-consuming and labor-intensive,butalso susceptible toenvironmental factors.To ensure thequalityofseedsentering themarketandto expeditethemarketpenetrationofChunfuseeds,thisstudydevelopedan eficientidentificationmethodfor Chunfuseeds bymolecular marker technology.TodevelopaneficientmethodforidentificationtheseedpurityofBrasicacampestris(syn.Brasicarapa)sp.chiensisvarietyChunfu,threeSSRprimers were selected from96SSRprimer pairs that exhibitedpolymorphism between the parental linesofChunfu.Among these,Rapa57demonstratedsuperior performance and deemedsuitable for purityidentification.TheRapa57 was selected to identify the seeds purity of Chunfu. Molecular detection matched field phenotypic identification with 1.9% deviation, the consistency was 98.1% .These results indicated that SSR marker can be applied to identify the purity of Brassica campestris. This methodapproach enhances identificationeficiency,exhibits excelentstabilityandaccuracy,alsoprovidesarobust scientific basis for seed production and quality control.
