Investigation and evaluation of the diversity of macrofungal resources in Huaxi District, Guiyang City

Abstract:TofurtherclarifythemacrofungalbiodiversityinHuaxiDistrict,Guiyang Cityareconnaissancesurveyand analysis of macrofungalresources in Huaxi District wereconducted,anda total of 6O7 specimens were identified using morphlologicaland molecular biologymethods.Theresultsshowedthatthere wereatotalof224 macrofungal species classified into2phyla,8classes,19orders,55 families,and123 genera.Amongthem,thedominantfamilies wereRusulaceae,Polyporaceae,Amanitaceae,Psathyrellaceae,Omphalotaceae,and Marasmiaceae,accountingfor 41.52% of the total species.Theominantgraicudedussula,Amanita,uillus,ametes,rasmisndAuricularia,oting for 27.23% of the total species.There were 38 edible species,30 medicinal species,30 dual-purpose(edibleand medicinal)species,nd30poisonous species.Intermsofregionaldistribution,theworlddistributionwerethemainone,accounting for 55.28% of the totaol genera.There were1Vulnerable(VU) species,3Near Threatened(NT)species,11Least Concer(LC)species,and 4 species endemic to China.These findings provide scientific basis for the conservation and sustainable utilization of macrofungal resources in this region.
